Make sure that all information is properly spelled and that there is enough available funds on your card. If there is not enough available credit your order will be cancelled.
Refunds
Item cannot be opened and must be returned within 30 days from the date it shipped. There is a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Service in order to find your total refund amount.
Please contact us to receive an authorization RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. You will then need to ship the merchandise back to the returned address. Be sure that the RMA number is on the package or it may not be accepted.

We ship in the U.S. and worldwide.
Shipping price is listed below with approximate time of arrival. However, shipping may take longer if held up in customs. Additional charges may apply for shipping outside of the U.S. and will be the customers’ responsibility.

If your order is received damaged, you MUST Contact Us within 2 days of receiving your order. Someone from the shipping company will inspect the package, once inspection has been completed, we will send out a new order.
You will need to make sure that all information is filled properly with your name and mailing address on the package because this can result in your order being returned. We will not be responsible for an order that is returned or undelivered due to customers’ error.
